Services for the Garden Apartments in Lebanon:

Your monthly rent in the Garden Apartments includes almost all of the services for which you pay separately now. The difference is that you only have to write one check.  Your rent will include:

• all of your utilities – water, sewer, gas, electric, and trash removal; the only things that will not be covered are your telephone and cable TV;
• real estate taxes;
• lawn fertilization and mowing, shrub and tree care, mulching, and snow removal;
• handyman services in your apartment;
• maintenance and repair/replacement of your appliances;
• maintenance of the exterior of your apartment;
• an activities program; and
• scheduled, group transportation to area shopping.

You may purchase housekeeping services and meal plans separately.

 

Services for the Cottages in Lebanon and Mount Joy:

The cottages are condominiums, so owners pay their own utility bills and real estate taxes.   Also, they are responsible for maintaining the interiors of their homes.  The condominium association maintains the roadways, driveways, sidewalks, and exteriors of the cottages.  The Association also uses an independent contractor to provide lawn and shrub care and snow removal.
