The Patio Homes
at Hearthstone Manor are condominiums, and residents of the patio homes are members of the non-profit, homeowners association that governs the Villages at Hearthstone Manor. All of the patio homes have master bedroom/master bathroom suites, second bedrooms, walk-in closets, custom kitchens, powder rooms, full laundries, large living/dining areas, front and back porches, and attached garages. Many of the homes have custom gas fireplaces, full basements, cathedral ceilings, and screened-in porches.
