She graduated from Eastern Lebanon County High School and earned her Licensed Practical Nursing Certification from the Lebanon County Career and Technology Center.

Tia Stokes, Resident Care Manager
Like many Hearthstone team members, Tia Stokes is a life-long Lancastrian. She grew up in Elizabethtown, graduated from Elizabethtown High School, and lives in Maytown with her husband, Terry, and daughters, Briana and Caitlin.
Tia began her nursing career at Masonic Homes in its skilled nursing unit. There, she completed the Certified Nursing Assistant program and discovered that she loved nursing! As Tia put it, “I realized that a desk job would have been a mistake for me, I love people too much.”
Over time, Tia realized that she wanted to work in a setting where she would have more personal time with residents than was possible in a skilled nursing unit. She found the perfect opportunity at Hearthstone. “I like taking care of every aspect of a person’s needs, not just their physical needs,” says Tia. At Hearthstone, Tia imbues her entire team with her whole-person approach to personal care.

Jason Hampton , Head Chef
Jason Hampton grew up in Holtwood, near lock 12 and the Normanwood Bridge. His parents owned Tucquan Vineyards, and Jason remembers pressing the grapes, bottling the wine, and labeling the bottles. Jason’s parents also grew fruit – apples, pears, cherries, peaches, and elderberries – so Jason has extensive experience in pruning and picking. In fact, Jason remembers childhood summers being non-stop work. No wonder that Jason has such an amazing work ethic now!
. Jason received his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales College in Virginia Beach, graduating with honors in 2000. Jason’s restaurant experience includes Casarillo’s, Hadyn Zugs, and the Log Cabin. He has institutional experience, as well, at Franklin & Marshall College, Brethren Village, and the executive dining room at Hershey Foods.
Jason and his wife, Jen, have two young daughters, Maia and Madalyn, and one dog, Steve. Jen is a speech pathologist in the Pinnacle Hospital system in Harrisburg; she also visits patients at Masonic Homes.
Jason says, “I joined Hearthstone Manor because I wanted to run my own kitchen, and I wanted to spend more time with my family.” We’re glad to have him as a member of the Hearthstone family.

Joan Marie Norman, Administrator
Joan-Marie Norman grew up in Lebanon County as one of seven children. She graduated from Lebanon High School and earned her bachelor’s degree at Slippery Rock State College. Then, Joan-Marie returned to Lebanon County and joined the staff of the Good Samaritan Hospital where she became the Executive Director of the Good Samaritan Hospital Homemaker/Home Health Aide Agency and, later, the Performance Improvement Coordinator/Home Health Aide Supervisor for the Visiting Nurse Association of Good Samaritan Hospital.
Throughout her career, Joan-Marie has been deeply involved in the Lebanon community. While her three children were young, Joan-Marie was active in the Girl Scouts and the Cub Scouts. She also coached fast-pitch softball for the Lebanon County girls team, and became a mentor for many of them. As you may have guessed, sports are Joan-Marie’s outlet. She loves to bicycle and is an avid fan of the local sports teams. We’re happy to have Joan-Marie’s energy and enthusiasm leading the Hearthstone Manor team in Lebanon.

Emilisson Rolon
Resident Care Manager
Emilisson Rolon, known to everyone as ‘Missy,’ describes herself as “a family person.” She grew up in Lebanon, and she stayed.
Missy chose her career in nursing at the age of twelve, after watching her mother care for her fraternal grandmother. She received her LPN training at the Lebanon Career and Technology Center, honed her skills in the nursing unit at Cornwall Manor, and came to Hearthstone Manor in order to have more interaction with residents. Her mentor and her best friend was her maternal grandmother, ‘Grandma Dolly.’ Missy is proud of the fact that she was able to use her nursing skills to help care for Grandma Dolly during the months before she died.
Missy and her husband, Jesse, have two sons, Devonte and Marquis. In her spare time, Missy enjoys attending her sons’ sports events and cooking.
